Job Description
- Loading and Unloading of Products in a safe and timely manner
- Collect and read load slips and invoices from customers and office
- Make sure product loaded matches load slips and invoices
- Put orders and loads together ahead of time
- Daily inspection of Forklifts and Loaders along with preventative Maintenance
- Organize and rebuild returned pallets if necessary
- Cut products on masonry saw in safe manner and to specification
- Cut steel products (Lintels & Angle Iron) on chop saw and torch in safe manner and to specification
- Keep yard clean and organized
- Follow lead of Yard Supervisor
- Be on time
- Self-Motivated
- Willingness to do whatever tasks need to be done
- Team working skills
- Concern for quality of work and efficiency
Knowledge
Pre-Requisite
- Clean Drug Test
- Forklift experience
On the Job Training
- Forklift Certification
Compensation
- Base Pay – $16.50 per hour
- Raises (Annual 3% raise, 5-year 5% loyalty raise **All raises subject to annual performance review)
- Cap Pay – $19.50 per hour

New Employees and Introductory Periods
- Health, Dental & Uniforms will begin after a 90-day probation period
- Holiday Pay (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day) will begin after 90-day probation period
- Paid Time Off will be earned at the rate of 1 week per year of employment up to 3 weeks
- Safety Bonuses will be paid every 6 months of non-injury work, you will qualify after 6 months of work
