Compensation
- Base Pay – $19.50 per hour
- Raises (Annual 3% raise, 5-year 5% loyalty raise **All raises subject to annual performance review)
- Cap Pay – $22.50 per hour

New Employees and Introductory Periods
- Health & Dental will begin after the 90-day probation period
- Holiday Pay (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day) will begin after the 90-day probation period
- Paid Time Off will be earned at the rate of 1 week per year of employment up to 3 weeks
- Safety Bonuses will be paid every 6 months of non-injury work, you will qualify after 6 months of work
