Storage 365 Scottsdale brings a level of material refinement that self-storage facilities rarely see. RKAA Architects specified two CMU textures across the facility — Split Face and Smooth Face in San Diego Buff and Seaside — layering the palette in horizontal bands that break down the building’s scale and give the exterior a considered, retail-quality finish. The split face columns read as accent elements against the smoother field, adding depth without complexity. Built by Platinum Construction and installed by Sargon Masonry Construction, the result is a commercial building that holds its own in a competitive Scottsdale corridor.
