Job Description
- Must drive forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently
- Responsible for Block quality after machining
- Performs Forklift/ Loader inspections
- Helps with Mold changes
- Responsible for cure firing
- Helps in all machine shut downs
- Keeps garage doors lubed
- Keeps all floors cleaned
- Helps in mold maintenance
- Inspects water softener daily
- Performs maintenance on kiln fans, belt rollers, and gear boxes
- Clean mixer at end of shift
- Responsible for aggregate quality
- Be on time
- Self-Motivated
- Willingness to do whatever tasks need to be done
- Concern for quality of work, efficiency, and safety
Knowledge
Pre-Requisite
- Must be able to perform all Production Personnel Duties
- 2 years forklift experience (Preferred)
- Clean Drug Test
- Team working skills
On the Job Training
- Forklift Certification
Compensation
- Base Pay- $18.00
- Raises (Annual 3% raise, 5-year 5% loyalty raise **All raises subject to annual performance review)
- Cap Pay – $21.50

New Employees and Introductory Periods
- Health, Dental & Uniforms will begin after a 90-day probation period
- Holiday Pay (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day) will begin after 90-day probation period
- Paid Time Off will be earned at the rate of 1 week per year of employment up to 3 weeks
- Safety Bonuses will be paid every 6 months of non-injury work, you will qualify after 6 months of work
